Neapolitan, born in 1987, chef Antonio Capuozzo was profoundly influenced by the women in his family and that bit of courage it took to leave the university Chemistry Department just a few exams away from graduating and focusing entirely on what he has always love the most – cooking! This was a choice that led him to Perugia, where he attended a specific cooking course, completing it at the top of his class. It just goes to show that certain decisions always pay off.
